Track Workouts

 

Track training helps to improve general fitness and helps people at any current fitness level improve their cardio throughput and lactate threshhold.  This will make you more aerobically and will give you some speed. 

 

The Rocky Mountain Road Runners Club offers FREE weekly track workouts on Wednesday evenings, open to runners of all abilities. Several CFR members attend each week, and all are encouraged to run with the group.

 

Where: Denver North High School 

               2960 Speer Blvd

 

When: Wednesday evenings, warm up begins at 6:00 pm

             April 1st through October
