Crowne Plaza Downtown Denver - Special conference rate of $149 per night, and $20 parking discount with unlimited in and out access. We have chosen this hotel because of its close proximity to our weekend events. It also features elegantly appointed guestrooms that provide panoramic views of the Denver skyline and the Rocky Mountains. The views from the guestrooms are breathtaking on a cool autumn evening with the sun setting over the Rockies. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop deck.

To obtain the special rate, please contact Crown Plaza Denver directly at 303-573-1450 ext 3256, and request a room in the Colorado Frontrunners block for the discounted rate. Rooms are available based on the hotel’s availability, so guests are encouraged to make reservations early.

Getting around the Denver-Boulder area is very easy by car, bus, light rail, or bike! We also have a wide selection of beautiful places for you to stay during your trip to the Centennial State. Gorgeous mountain views are virtually guaranteed!

Getting Here

Denver International Airport (DEN)- As the 11th busiest airport in the world and 5th busiest in the US, this is probably where you will land if you are flying to Denver. Most domestic and international airlines have flights to Denver. Check your favorite flight comparison site (eg, kayak.com) to find the best flight for you.

Getting Around

Our event is one year ahead of the light rail transportation project to Denver International Airport, so attendees are encouraged to group together and rent cars or take the airport bus to downtown. However, if you let us know ahead of time, our Transportation Team will be happy to operate shuttles from the airport to your chosen hotel. We will be providing transportation as needed to the various venues during the weekend for those not renting cars.

RTD-Denver - Denver's public transportation system makes it very easy to get around the Denver-Boulder area without a car. With frequent rides from the airport directly to downtown, as well as the surrounding communities, getting into Denver is a breeze. Many buses run 24 hours, but not all do (for instance, the airport and regional buses tend to stop around midnight), so please check the schedules beforehand. RTD schedules are fully integrated into Google Maps' Public Transit option, for easy use on your computer or smartphone.

Denver B-Cycle and Boulder B-Cycle - Denver and Boulder have both been bitten by the bike share craze! Renting a bike is a great way to explore the city at your own pace without having to rely on bus schedules or deal with renting a car. Boulder boasts hundreds of miles of bike lanes, bike routes, and multi-use creek paths, and biking is frequently the fastest way to get around the city, especially during rush hour. With so many bikers around, it's very important for visitors to be aware of sharing the road or trail.
