Colorado Frontrunners is a running and walking club for the LGBTQ community and their friends, and is one of more than 100 International Frontrunners clubs around the world.
Please join us for our weekly runs and walks in Denver or Boulder. Seasonally, you can find us running trails at various locations throughout the Front Range. We also meet for Happy Hour on the first Friday of each month.
Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome. It's a great way to get active, stay healthy and make friends.
Where: In front of Dora Moore Elementary School at 9th Ave. and Downing St., across from King Soopers.
When: Saturday mornings at 9:15 am, rain, snow, or shine.
Course: Runners head to Washington Park via Marion Street, circle the park, and return (~6 miles). Walkers head to Cheesman Park for a brisk stroll 2 times around the edge (~3.2 miles).
After: We meet for coffee, snacks, and great conversations at Buzz Cafe at Marion and 6th about 10:30am. Even if you don't run or walk, join us!
Where: In the east end of the (free on Sundays) parking lot of the Boulder Public Library Main Branch, 1001 Arapahoe Ave.
When: Sunday mornings at 9:15am, rain, snow or shine.
Course: Runners head out along Boulder Creek, either up Boulder Canyon or around CU Boulder (~5 miles). Walkers also head up Boulder Canyon along the creek (~2 miles).
After: We meet at Amante Coffee (1023 Walnut St.) for food and drink.

Join us this week as we do one last trail run before packing up our trail shoes for the season! This time, it's North Table Mountain Park.
West Trailhead
4788 CO-93, Golden, CO
Lava flow formed North Table Mountain and its sister mesa, South Table Mountain, about 60 million years ago. Today, North Table Mountain Park offers panoramic views, 15-plus miles of trails and a natural escape.
Approximately 7 miles
1,300 elevation gain
Mix of single track and jeep road
Directions from Denver:
Take the 6th Ave Freeway west, past I-70
Stay on Hwy 6 as it curves north into Golden
Just west of Downtown Golden, Hwys 6, 58 and 93 intersect at the stoplight just past Clear Creek
Continue north on Hwy 93 towards Boulder about 2 miles
Just after you see the last subdivision on the right, look for the sign for the North Table Mountain trailhead
The parking lot is just up the hill from Hwy 93
Directions from Boulder/Louisville:
Take CO-93 S/Broadway for 18 miles
Turn right onto Spyderco Way
Turn left onto Golden Gate Canyon Rd.
Turn left onto CO-93 N
A small group gathers for a lap or two around Sloans Lake on Tuesday's at 6:30pm. Enter the North parking lot (3rd entrance east of Sheridan) on Byron Street. Participants gather near the boathouse along the path.
Membership is not a requirement for participation in our club, but it does help cover insurance, fees for International Frontrunners and other club expenses.
